Adirondack Unitarian Universalist Community

Religious Exploration for Children

Our Religious Exploration program welcomes children of all ages into a loving learning environment where they can make friends and nurture their spirits. We use age-appropriate Unitarian Universalist curricula treating themes such as Unitarian Universalist prinicples and identity, world religions, and social justice.

We provide a safe space for children to explore the dimensions of their own spirituality. We encourage them to search for truth and meaning in all of life's mysteries. Our mission is to inspire wonder and inquiry, to teach reverence for the interdependence of all life, and to help children build a solid foundation for their own spiritual journey as they grow. We currently offer an elementary-level class. We also have toddler care available. Parents are expected to participate in our all-volunteer co-op Sunday School.
